LENT CHALLENGE

Happy Pancake, hope your day was full of sugar and yummy goodness!

Thoroughly stuffed with pancakes my thoughts have turned to the inevitable lent period. This lent I want to tackle what has been a rather slack approach to my blog. I will be aiming to post for every week day (mon-fri) this lent!

 

Hope your pancakes were as yummy as mine! (This ain't a photo of mine...I ate them too quick to be mucking about with a camera!)

Went to Poole over the weekend, stumbled across these beach huts just beyond the harbour. It was really peaceful. Looking back over the snaps, I fell in love with this one image, and I wanted to edit in different ways so that different elements of the image would be foregrounded. I think I love the winding path and benches as much as the beach huts.

Images that I associated with shared memories from experiences with friends. Beach trips, festivals, camping...special moments and places.

I have started trying to establish a colour range as well. Soft, gentle and feminine colours.

 

 

I associate the daffodil with this time of year and the gorgeous happy yellow.
